ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP LAB

Inaugural Cohort Participant

This year-long program consists of a global cohort of 20 young professionals from a variety of backgrounds and industries strengthening their leadership skills to drive change. Organizers and facilitators were educated on the theory at Harvard's Kennedy School and developed this program accordingly.

LEAN IN CANADA

Inaugural Board Member

The volunteer-run Canadian affiliate of Sheryl Sandberg's LeanIn.org grew so drastically that since June 2016, it requires an active board to execute its goals. Since inception of the organization's Board of Directors, Erin held the position of Marketing and Communications, where she led over 20 volunteers in the organization's marketing efforts.

THE HOUSE

Board Member

From 2011-2018, Erin was a board member of The House, a local organization catering to young-professional community events. In this role, she predominantly consulted on the organization's marketing and communications efforts. Recently, though, she has been on the steering committee, assisting in the development of the organization's long-term strategic plans.
